It was a Strawberry Jello cake with whipped cream icing. I actually made it on Wednesday though because with the jello in it, we knew we couldn't bring it home. So we actually started celebrating her birthday with cake on Wednesday. However, I think Ashleigh celebrated her birthday all week and she kept mentioning every day that she was 18!
