Although previous postings did a great job of chronicling our earliest days with Ashleigh (thanks to Christi’s journals and some sharp memories), there was a slight gap in photos that is rectified here. After the shots of Ashleigh with Christi and me taken in the hospital - but before the Easter photos - should have been these pictures from Joy’s collection taken during our very first days together at Christi’s house.
Ashleigh had a very distinctive ‘Oriental’ look during the opening days of her life - and also some pretty noticeable cuts on the sides of her face from being extracted from the womb with forceps.
